Custom business software
Line-of-business systems specified around your workflow — stock, orders, scheduling, approvals, reporting — instead of a package you have to bend to.
We are a Zimbabwean software engineering company shipping custom systems since 2007. We don't reshape your operation to fit an ERP — we specify, build and support the system your operation actually needs.
Every engagement starts with your process, not our template. We map how the business actually works, then engineer against it — and stay on after launch.
Line-of-business systems specified around your workflow — stock, orders, scheduling, approvals, reporting — instead of a package you have to bend to.
Multi-tenant portals, admin consoles and customer-facing platforms built for low-bandwidth conditions and real device diversity.
iOS and Android products for field teams and consumers, with offline-tolerant flows, push messaging and store release management.
Making the tools you already paid for talk to each other — accounting, payroll, POS, CRM — with documented APIs and reliable sync.
Mobile-money and card collection, multi-currency ledgers, and escrow flows that hold funds until both sides of a transaction are satisfied.
Provisioning, containerised deployment, monitoring, backups and restore drills — so the system stays up and recovery is rehearsed, not theoretical.
Interface design tested against the people who will use it daily — clerks, drivers, managers — not just the person signing the contract.
A fixed-scope discovery that ends in a written specification, architecture and cost — useful even if you never build it with us.
Search-first sites, campaign pages, analytics and conversion tracking, social and WhatsApp funnels — plus the print and in-store collateral that gets a new platform in front of real customers.
You know what happens next, what it costs and what you get at the end of each stage. Nothing is invoiced against a slide.
We sit with your team and document how work moves today, including the workarounds nobody put in the manual.
A written scope, data model, integration plan and fixed cost. You own the document either way.
Two-week increments on a staging environment you can log into. Feedback changes the next sprint, not the budget.
Historic data moved and reconciled, staff trained on their own records, parallel run until the numbers agree.
Monitoring, backups and a standing agreement for changes as the business shifts. Systems we built in 2011 are still running.
MaxiSoft Solutions was established in Zimbabwe in 2007 to answer a question local companies kept asking: why should we redesign the way we work to satisfy imported software?
We took the opposite position. We build the system around the business — its terminology, its approval chains, its currencies, its bandwidth. That has produced restaurant management systems, booking platforms, escrow-powered marketplaces, agricultural trade platforms and childcare products, all running in real markets.
Today we work from Harare and Cape Town, serving Zimbabwean SMEs, regional enterprises, and international clients who want a senior team in their timezone.
“We build solutions that suit our clients' business — rather than changing your business to suit an ERP system.”
We pick tools your next engineer can hire into and your finance team can afford to run — then document the decision.
Most clients begin with a discovery, then move into a build. A few come to us with a system someone else wrote and stay for the support. All three are priced up front.
Two to three weeks with your team to turn "we need a system" into something you can put out to tender — with us or with anyone else.
The full delivery: design, engineering, data migration and training, shipped in two-week increments against the agreed specification.
A standing agreement for the years after launch — including systems we did not originally build, once we have reviewed the code.
Send a short note about the process that's costing you time. We'll come back with the questions we'd need answered to scope it — no pitch deck required.
